The hotel rooms were big, clean, and comfortable; the lounge area was wonderful. The service was very helpful, although one staff member was not friendly or helpful. The location was very good, close to NCSU and easy to find, and only a short distance from event venues. The dining was the best I've seen with a variety of options, but some items were wrapped in plastic. The facilities were well-maintained and included dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry services, and a free shuttle service.
